Accounting Manager Job at Virtual in Holmdel

Seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager, for a private SAAS Software company, near Holmdel, NJ. In this role you will Manage the Month end close process and Financial Reporting including 10-Q, 10K, and S-1 schedules.  CPA’s or Big 4 Candidates arehighly preferred.Candidates with a proven track record of technical accounting with public experience are desired, as this role is fast paced. There are approx. 2-3 staff to manage. They are currently using NetSuite and heavy Excel. Let’s get started and apply within!
  Accounting Manager - Financial Reporting  near Holmdel, NJ (on-site) Salary: Approx $120-130k + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Perform SEC Filings (10-Q, 10-K, and S-1)
• Manage the Month end close process including:

• GL Management, Journal Entries, Fixed Assets
• Accruals, AP/AR, Prepaids
• Cash Flow

• Manage Balance Sheet and Income Statement flux
• Manage Variance Analysis – Actual vs Budget
• Oversee Audits
• Strategize Process Improvements

 Experience:

• Accounting or Finance Degree, a MUST
• CPA or Public Experience, highly preferred
• At least 5+ years of experience
• Financial Reporting experience (S-1), required 
• Big 4 or SAAS Industry experience, a plus
• NetSuite ERP software, a plus
