Job Description
- Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with financial team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll on time.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reviewing and approving tax returns, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Participate in risk management and formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
- Analyze complex financial data and extract and define relevant information.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Accounting Manager' should have:
- A degree in accounting or finance.
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager.
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas).
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work.
