Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Business Analyst to be 100% ONSITE in Miami, Florida OFFICE. The role involves analysis and reconciliation of accounts primarily in the commercial sector, preparation of variance reports, and creation of supporting financial forecasts and budgets based on operating plans. You will be expected to understand the accounting implications of various approaches and be proficient in popular financial management applications.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and reconcile accounts, focusing on the commercial area
• Prepare and comment on variance reports
• Work alongside operating plans to generate supporting financial forecasts and budgets
• Conduct research to understand the accounting implications of different strategies
• Use Microsoft Excel/Word software for various tasks
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
• Present financial analysis to management
• Manage general ledger account reconciliation
• Utilize your knowledge of banking operations in the role
• Implement principles of accounting and finance in daily tasks
• Perform all accounting functions effectively
• Ensure quality assurance in management processes
• Reconcile bank accounts as required
• Use your skills in financial management to enhance operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word• Strong research skills
• Understanding of budget processes
• Background in finance and familiarity with general ledger
• Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
• Experience in account reconciliation
• Ability to perform financial analysis and variance analysis
• Knowledge of financial management principles
