Joes Auto Parks provides both self and valet parking services at many of its surface lots and garages. We are looking for a dynamic Accounting Admin to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, assist management with audits, and assist with the analysis of financial data.

Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent; Two years college a plus.
- One to two years experience of accounting/bookkeeping.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be reliable, a quick learner, detail oriented, self-sufficient and must be able to work without constant supervision

Responsibilities:
The main role of an accounting admin is to act as support for the accounting department. The daily activities may include answering the telephone, filing, faxing, and managing the daily office schedule. An accounting admin needs to be skilled in mathematics, communication, and time management and typing.
- Oversee preparation all daily and audit daily reports before submitting reports.
- Provide financial and administrative support to the Accounting Department.
- Assist Accounting Department with financial items which can include preparing deposits, logging revenue spreadsheet entries
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Revenue and Monthly Revenue reports
- Prepare and Issue Monthly Hang Tag Sales
- Prepares and submits all daily and monthly reports.
- Prepares all discrepancy documentation for all supervisors/cashiers and distributes accordingly. Maintains employee files with regard to report/deposit discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue parking permits and billing.
- Assists customers inquiring about monthly parking information.
