Job Description
Harmon Construction is an established and growing General Contractor in Olathe, KS.
We are seeking a full-time, in-office Accounting Assistant for immediate hire.
This detail-oriented, experienced professional will provide support to every aspect of the Accounting Department while growing with the department and the Company.
Responsibilities: Accounts Payables for Operations, Subcontractors and Suppliers including: Filing, Copying, Scanning and Posting Invoices and Applications for Payment Lien Waivers - including Producing, Filing and Collecting reconciliations of Checks, EFT's and Bank Postings, Credit Card and Supplier Account verifications and Postings, Mail, Sending Checks, Lien Waivers. Collecting, opening and distributing daily mail, Assist with Facility Management incl Rent, Maint Admin and Accts PayablesPayroll and HR Administration, Filing and notifications
** Experienced in all Microsoft Applications**
Experience in Sage 300, Procore and Sharepoint is a plus.
