We are currently seeking an Accounting Associate who will report to our controller.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

Billing and invoicing for multiple divisions

Managing/reconciling accounts receivable and payable

Assisting with monthly and annual financial reporting

Understanding of small business finance operations

Accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks or similar)

Excel proficiency

Communicating effectively with vendors and customers

Problem solving and adaptability
