Job Details Responsibilities: As a Consulting Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to maintaining the financial health of our organization. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: 1. Preparing and processing invoices, ensuring they are accurate and sent out in a timely manner. 2. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements. 3. Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions. 4. Collaborating with other team members to improve financial processes and systems. 5. Providing financial advice and guidance to senior leadership team. 6. Managing accounts payable and receivable. 7. Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning. 8. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Consulting Accounting Clerk position will have a strong background in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in invoicing or a similar role. Other qualifications include: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 3.
