Summary
The High School Counseling Secretary is responsible for supporting the High School counseling department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Serve as secretary to High School counseling team
  2. Maintains student records as required
  3. Maintains database of A+ requirements
  4. Receives and routes all incoming calls
  5. Greets and assists visitors to the counseling office
  6. Prepares correspondence and documents as requested by counselors
  7. Assists and helps with student needs as necessary
  8. Assists in the ordering and inventory of supplies
  9. Serve as registrar for the High School
  10. Assist with core data reporting
  11. Maintain and update special education records
  12. Serve as summer school secretary
  13. Other duties as assigned

Starting Date: Immediately after filled
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience from $15.45 to $17.61
Benefits: District Paid Health, Life, and Dental Insurance, Employees will be offered, on a fee basis, in-district childcare for ages birth through two with preschool available from ages 3 to 5. PEERS, optional supplemental insurance plans, and optional 403b; 457 plans. Twelve (10) Personal Days, Paid Jury Duty, and Five (5) Paid Bereavement Days.
