We are seeking an Medcal Secretary Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments
• Billing patients
• Compiling and recording medical charts, reports, and correspondence
• Checking patients in
• Collecting insurance cards and copayments
• Maintaining vaccine and prescription records
• Answering incoming calls
• Triaging patient concerns
• Obtaining insurance information and demographics

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and business practices specific to the healthcare industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
