Now Hiring Front Desk/Lobby Security Officer

$27.00/Hr

Currently seeking an outgoing, Enthusiastic, Responsible person with a desire to work in a Professional, Customer Service Driven industry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Front Desk and Lobby Setting with Valid CA Security Guard Card.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Checks in/out visitors in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Directing incoming Traffics to designated areas
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and friendliness
  • Respond to all emails in a timely matter
  • Computer Knowledge using Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Able to schedule appointments using outlook
  • Create UPS Labels for all incoming and outgoing packages
  • Great Listening and Communication skills
  • Problem solving and critical thinking
  • Have Interpersonal and social skills
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to type up to 55-65 WPM
  • Able to manage confidential documents and filing accordingly
  • Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel and management
  • Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor
  • Punctuality and Adaptability is a must
  • Able to complete other projects and tasks assigned by management
  • Makes periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons, as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CA State Guard Card Licensing
  • Minimum of 2 year of excellent customer service experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of front desk/lobby experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment criminal background check and drug screen
