Our client, an eCommerce and wholesale company, is seeking an expert Cybersecurity Manager with a proven background in managing comprehensive security protocols across distributed systems.

The ideal candidate will safeguard the company’s expansive network by defending against cybersecurity threats such as phishing attacks, maintaining firewall integrity, and implementing strong security practices to safeguard assets across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the cybersecurity framework across all company locations, ensuring robust defenses against potential threats, breaches, and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop, implement, and refine policies to prevent phishing attacks and other cyber threats, establishing rigorous employee training programs.
  • Conduct routine firewall and network security testing, maintaining a strong perimeter against unauthorized access.
  • Lead investigations, security audits, and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal security requirements.
  • Manage two direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent security practices across teams.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of security protocols within all systems and applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats, and apply innovative solutions to enhance security measures across locations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a management role overseeing system security in a multi-location environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of threat detection, phishing prevention techniques, and best practices in cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated experience with firewall testing, monitoring, and managing network security protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop strategic responses.
  • Proficiency in conducting security audits and implementing compliance requirements aligned with industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing direct reports and fostering a collaborative security-focused team environment.
  • Up-to-date understanding of current cybersecurity threats, including phishing, malware, and network vulnerabilities.

Salary: $150K

Compensation:
$150,000 per year
