Job Summary

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to ensure the security and compliance of our operational technology (OT) infrastructure. The role involves supporting the deployment and implementation of various systems and solutions, including SQL, IIS & ESXi Servers, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Cisco Switches and Routers. The engineer will also be responsible for deploying multi-factor authentication, implementing Tenable. OT for device scanning, and supporting the deployment of the PCN asset inventory management solution, Axonius.

Key Responsibilities

• Support deployment and implementation of hardening and compliance rules to SQL, IIS & ESXi Servers, Firewalls, and Routers.

• Deploy multi-factor authentication to enable secure remote access for PCN users.

• Implement and deploy Tenable. OT to scan approximately 3000+ devices.

• Assist with pre-work, deployment, and implementation of the PCN asset inventory management solution, Axonius.

• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OT systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in OT security.

• Proven experience deploying and managing Active Directory, SQL, IIS, ESXi, Windows Servers, Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Routers, and Switches in OT environments.

• Experience deploying and managing multi-factor authentication.

• Familiarity with Tenable. OT implementation.

• Knowledge of PCN asset inventory management solutions, particularly Axonius.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).

• Experience in the energy or utilities sector.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., NERC CIP, ISO 27001).

• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.

• Familiarity with network security and monitoring tools.

Certification: Certified Information Systems Security Professional , Certified Information Security Manager , Certified ethical hacker , ISO 27001
