# Primary Skill-2 Required: -Advanced - Professional with high knowledge, significant ability and hands-on experience. Can provide supervision to others in Security compliance standards & regulatory Audits - Level 4 Support

# Secondary Skill-1 Required: -Advanced - Professional with high knowledge, significant ability and hands-on experience. Can provide supervision to others in Microsoft MIM, MDI, MS PIM - Level 4 Support

Delivery Skills required are: -
(1) Advanced Technical Proficiency: -
  • Expertise in IAM and technologies, including identity lifecycle management, multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), identity federation (SAML, OAuth), and privileged access management (PAM).
  • Familiarity with IAM and solutions from various vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk).
  • Experience in creating and maintaining access control policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
(2) Strategic and Operational Management: -
  • Skills in developing IAM strategies, roadmaps, and frameworks that align with business objectives and security requirements.
  • Ability to oversee the design and implementation of IAM architectures and solutions that support business processes and enhance security posture.
  • Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing mitigation strategies for IAM and systems.
(3) Leadership and Team Management: -
  • Strong leadership skills to manage, mentor, and develop a team of IAM professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to delegate effectively, set clear objectives, and provide feedback and support to team members.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, to plan, execute, and oversee IAM projects and initiatives.
(4) Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: -
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate IAM system performance, identify trends, and address complex issues related to identity and access management.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance IAM and functionalities and efficiency.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage crisis situations, ensuring rapid response and recovery while minimizing impact on business operations.
(5) Value Proposition: -
  • Understand the existing environment and propose any opportunity of improvement. Look at nagging issues in the environment and come out with Get Around solutions by working with vendors and industry experts
