Project Manager – Healthcare Cybersecurity

Our client seeks a Project Manager to lead and manage cybersecurity initiatives for major healthcare providers. This role ensures exceptional client experiences throughout the project and program management lifecycle, from onboarding to post-implementation support. The focus is on delivering innovative solutions that safeguard sensitive healthcare data and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Success: Manage client expectations, track satisfaction, and deliver prompt support to ensure goals are met. Utilize project management methodologies to enhance customer success outcomes.
• Product Expertise: Understand offerings deeply to guide clients, showcase value, and drive effective onboarding through well-planned project management frameworks.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate trust-based relationships and maintain strong client engagement through structured project plans and milestones.
• Project Management & Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring on-time, budget-conscious completion while addressing challenges and maintaining high quality standards.
• Communication: Act as the main liaison between internal teams and clients, facilitating clear, aligned communication throughout the project management process.
• Problem Solving: Proactively resolve roadblocks and manage escalations effectively, utilizing project management tools to streamline resolution processes.
• Analytics & Insights: Track metrics, report progress, and provide actionable recommendations to clients and leadership, integrating insights into project management strategies for continuous improvement.
• Best Practices: Adhere to company policies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project management processes and operational workflows.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services with existing clients through effective project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in program/project management, preferably in cybersecurity or healthcare IT.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with healthcare cybersecurity challenges, including GRC tools, IAM, and medical device security preffered.
• Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to oversee and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects, with strong skills in task prioritization, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects in demanding environments.
• Certifications: PMP, CISSP, or CISM preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer focus with the ability to apply technical project management techniques to multiple concurrent initiatives.
