Remote Customer Service Opportunity – Health Insurance Focus!

Are you ready to make a difference in healthcare, all from the comfort of your home? We're seeking passionate Customer Service Representatives to join a mission-driven team dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery!

Position Highlights:

• 100% Remote (work from anywhere in the U.S.!)
• Handle inbound calls related to health insurance inquiries—coverage details, claims status, provider info, and more.
• Flexible 8-hour shifts available between 8 AM – 8 PM Central. (Must be willing to work until 8 PM if required)
• Comprehensive training provided (4-6 weeks). Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Central.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide clear, compassionate solutions to members, providers, agents, and brokers.
• Use your tech skills to navigate multiple systems, screens, and communication channels.
• Respond empathetically and professionally to inquiries regarding health insurance coverage.
• Work with a dynamic team, tackling complex customer needs while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Both Inbound and Outbound opportunities available

The Experience You’ll Need:

• 1+ years of Call Center experience (longevity at one company preferred).
• Strong computer skills, including Outlook and chat systems.
• Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and maintain effective relationships with customers and team members.
• High-speed internet (cable or fiber) and the ability to hardwire into your router—no WiFi.
• Smartphone for authentication purposes.
