Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
Pay Grade: 13
Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus

Job Summary
The Quality Control Services Auditor will support the operations team by completing daily facility audits and providing data analytics around the results to support a proactive approach to overall service delivery quality. Services to be audited include but are not limited to, cleanliness, landscaping, shipping and receiving, and other services in our operations scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists with the implementation of new processes and procedures for food safety
- Ensures compliance with QA guidelines and regulations for all client driven events and vendors
- Assists units in preparation for 3rd party audits
- Provides written feedback to unit managers regarding unit observations and findings
- Works with managers to find solutions to QA challenges and crises
- Drives quality improvements and standardization across account base
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent ability to communicate both orally and in writing is required.
- Attention to detail and ability to help managers to find solutions
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point and Outlook.
- Strong data management, reporting, and technical writing skills
- Willingness to travel as is necessary
