Resident Services Coordinator
Resident Services Coordinator Job Duties
Responsible for performing a variety of duties that include, (1) assisting in devising tools and protocols for collecting data about and obtaining input from residents; (2) performing assessments to determine resident needs; (3) executing services and providing resources to advance the personal and professional development goals of residents; and (4) collaborating with residents and other community stakeholders to advance residents’ wellbeing.
Resident Services Coordinator Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, or a related field and two or more years of work or volunteer experience advancing the wellbeing of low-income seniors, families, working-age adults, and/or youth; or a high school diploma or equivalent with three or more years of work or volunteer experience advancing the same.
Experience in local, state, and federal agencies and private social service agencies is a plus.
