STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.
STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.
STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Services to join our team!

Responsibilities:
· Perform duties as the engineering section representative on project management teams attending planning meetings, providing project status updates, and participating in after action meetings.
· Review program documents related to a project.
· Parse test objective and threshold requirements from performance specifications, requirements documents, etc., into testable criteria.
· Develop test concepts based on requirements to be tested.
· Use Design of Experiments (DOE) and other statistical methods to determine sample sizes and trial sequences.
· Perform project cost estimation (that is not Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE)).
· Participate in planning conferences and test readiness reviews.
· Conduct Temporary Additional Duty (TAD) to observe testing, attend program meeting as required.
· Draft test plans.
· Supervise test execution to ensure the test plan is followed and the required data is being collected.
· Analyze test data and construct summary tables and charts as required.
· Experience with Matrix Laboratory (MATLAB)/Python coding for data reduction, data visualization, data smoothing, etc. preferred.
· Draft quick look reports.
· Draft test reports based on the AVTB provided template, including summarizing test execution, resolving requirements, and providing conclusions and recommendations.
· 3D printer experience preferred. Prepare digital files, set up print jobs, clean/post process of printed parts, troubleshoot and maintain 3D printers.
Qualifications:
· Level I (Entry/Junior) - less than 5 years of experience. Requires a HS Diploma (BA/BS Preferred). 0-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
· Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Works under general supervision and typically reports to a supervisor or manager
