Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between DMV representatives and our customers.
• Prepare, review, and troubleshoot DMV paperwork with precision and accuracy.
• Handle cash and process credit card transactions efficiently.
• Assist with managing vehicle sale documentation, including titles, bills of sale, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the team to meet deadlines and improve process efficiency.
• Create and manage cases for missing/expired documents.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with customers and the team to maintain a top-notch customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-tempo environment.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills; reliable and teachable.
• A reliable cell phone for company communications.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

• Previous experience with DMV services or document preparation.
• Familiarity with DMV laws, regulations, processes, and forms.
• Ability to read and interpret documents like sales agreements and tax/title paperwork.
