As a Remote Booking Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to create personalized travel experiences that meet their preferences. You will be responsible for researching, planning, and organizing itineraries based on client needs, as well as creating quotes, invoices, and documentation. You will stay up-to-date with industry news, changes, restrictions, and best practices to provide travelers with the appropriate information to ensure their trip runs as smoothly as possible. Job Description

Arrange trips for businesses, sports teams, vacations, Weddings and more
Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans
Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, theme park tickets
Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
