Warehouse Staff/Driver – Atlanta, GA
Job Summary:
Quixote by Sunset Studios is one of the nation’s premier Film and Television studios and Production Supplies rental company. Quixote Studios is a vibrant, growing company in need of a focused and successful Warehouse Staff/Driver to join our Production Supplies team in ATL. The Warehouse Staff/Driver is responsible for providing outstanding front line service to all Quixote clients. The Warehouse Staff/Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently loading, unloading, delivering and picking up equipment to and from our facility. They are also tasked with cleaning, testing and maintaining equipment.
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately and efficiently pull and stage Quixote equipment for orders in an organized manner.
- Check and test all equipment to ensure proper functioning when it comes back from a client and before it goes on rent.
- Work with clients on the check-out and check-in process of equipment at the Quixote facility or on location.
- Help management with stock checks and short lists to maintain accurate inventory counts on a day in and day out basis so all orders are filled appropriately.
- Communicate customer requests, order changes and/or paperwork specifications to a member of the management team. Always take notes of physical changes made when rental software is not available (on location, etc)
- Safely operate lift gates and material handling equipment (fork, man and/or scissor lifts) to load, unload or restock equipment.
- Load and unload trucks following all proper lifting, pushing, and pulling techniques
- Properly assess and complete minor repairs to equipment when able.
- Deliver and pick-up of expendables, production supplies, sub-rentals, purchases and repairs to and from client locations in box truck.
- Accurately and thoroughly complete all paperwork.
- Immediately report any issues/problems with vehicles to a member of the management team.
- Maintain cleanliness of all company vehicles and a clean work area at all times.
- Operate all company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, always following all state and DOT regulations. Aggressive or irresponsible driving are terminable offences.
- All other duties as assigned by management and executive team.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
- Experience operating material handling equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong proactive work ethic.
- Possess a valid driver's license, excellent driving record, and experience driving vehicles in a work environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with management, clients, and team members
- Ability to perform all duties in a safe manner and in alignment with Company policies and procedures
- Please note, the candidate selected for this role will be required to complete a criminal background check, drug screening, and MVR.

- Heavy work: requires ability to continually lift, push, and pull 50 pounds of product individually and occasionally in excess of 100 pounds up to 160 pounds of product in a team lift.

Working Conditions:
Work activities will regularly include working outside, in inclement weather, with exposure to extreme temperatures, areas of poor visibility, wet and/or humid conditions. Noise level in work environment can be loud and cause sound vibrations. Dust, mechanical hazards, moving objects, hazardous chemicals and operating vehicles will also be present in work environment.

Compensation:
The pay range for this role is $18.00- $20.00 per hour depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment.
