Soliant Health is seeking to hire an Experienced Pharmacist to work a 13 + week assignment at one of our partnering hospitals in Philadelphia,Pennsylvania. Schedule:Must be flexible to work days/evenings and rotating weekends, mostly days.
License: Active PA
Duration: 13 + Weeks
Duties:TPN review/remendation to providers, order verification, checking of manual product packaging, oral and IV pounded, chemotherapy IV admixture as needed, answering of phone calls and triaging where appropriate, pharmacokinetic dosing via troughs, warfarin dosing, Theradoc experience preferred.
Equipment: Cerner, Omnicell, PakEdge
Experience: At least 1-year of recent inpatient experience, hands on IV making required, CHEMO A PLUS.
