We are seeking a skilled (skid steer) Snow Plow Operator to join our team on a seasonal/on call basis. Operators will be on call and dispatched when it snows. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal from sidewalks during winter weather. This role requires the ability to operate a skid steer safely and effectively. Skid steer experience or certification & liability insurance required

Qualifications
- Skid steer experience or certification
- Liability insurance
- Dependable to commute to Philadelphia, PA 19104
- Snow plowing: 2 years (Preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, extended shifts, including nights and weekends as needed during winter storms
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Can pass a criminal background check (Required for some site locations)
Pay:
- $60 per hour, $250 per day minimum
Responsibilities
- Operators will be on call and dispatched when it snows
- Operate heavy construction equipment
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal from sidewalks during winter weather
- This role requires the ability to operate snow plow (skid steer) equipment effectively
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow and ice from sidewalks
- Respond promptly to changing winter weather conditions
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues encountered
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
- Skid steer experience or certification
- Liability insurance
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
