Abundant Life Family Services(ALFS) is an organization that provides physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and adaptive developmental skills to children and their families in home, clinic , child care centers and community settings. Abundant Life Family Servicesis actively seeking Speech Language Pathologists for our community-based program in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.


ALFS values responding to the ever-changing needs of those we serve. We provide comprehensive services within a wide array of diverse settings which allows our team members experience within our community schools and private homes. Professionals at ALFS work in a team environment with other skilled professionals to share resources and continually learn new practices.


Potential qualified Speech Language Pathologists will have experience working with children with special needs in the 5-18 age range or experience with children. Speech Language Pathologists at ALFS are required to meet the educational and credentialing requirements to be eligible for a PA State license as a Speech Pathologist.


  • Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric kiddos with various communication disorders.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' speech and language goals.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and innovative strategies to facilitate progress in speech and language skills.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and client outcomes.
