Actively looking to hire a licensed Special Education Teacher for the upcoming school year. We currently have a variation of caseloads. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction and support to students with special needs, including those with learning disabilities, emotional or behavioral disorders, physical disabilities, and developmental delays. This is a full time, contract position located in the South Philadelphia, PA area.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field.
• Active Pennsylvania K-12 Special Education Certification or 7-12 Special Education Certification.
• Experience working with students with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct students both individually and in group settings.
• Plan curriculum, special education programs and teaching methods.
• Developand implement IEP's (Individualized education plans).
