Respiratory Therapist NICU (Nights)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist for a NICU role in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is for a 13-week contract with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. The shift is at night, with the requirement to work every third weekend. There are no on-call requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of NICU experience is required.
• Must possess RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications.
• High-Risk Delivery & Intubation experience is preferred.
• The ability to cover Pediatrics or assist with general floor treatments when the NICU census is low is required.

Unit Information:

• 24-bed Level III NICU.
• At least one Respiratory Therapist is assigned to each shift in the NICU.
• Equipment includes Hamilton G5, Jet Ventilator, Nitric Oxide, Non-Invasive Ventilation, and Vapotherm.
• The EMR system used is Epic.
