Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Indianapolis Job at Soliant in Lomira

Location: Lomira, Wisconsin

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the munication skills of referred students and diagnose speech and/or language disorders.
• Perform evaluations on referred students and make treatment remendations.
• Assure the placement of students in the Speech-Language Pathologist program and support SLP objectives on IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create prehensive treatment plans.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Other duties, as assigned by the administration.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Active State of WisconsinSLP CFY or SLP CCC License
