Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant- Indianapolis, Indiana Job at Soliant

Are you a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking to make a positive impact in the Indianapolis area? We are seeking a passionate and motivated COTA to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to help clients improve their functional abilities and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans to help clients improve motor function and daily living skills.
• Provide hands-on therapy to individuals of all ages under the direction of an OT.
• Monitor and document client progress, making remendations for adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure prehensive client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and outes.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Indiana COTA license.
• Excellent munication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for helping individuals achieve their therapy goals.
