The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, & communicating with Superintendents to ensure quality, budget, & time frame meet the clients standards.

Our client offers a complete range of services from kickoff to execution for light commercial projects. They have a proven track record in the construction industry and have become one of the top mid-sized general contractors in the Indianapolis area.
Description
Create and manage the project budget, ensuring accurate assignment of cost codes.
Develop and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
Review project RFIs and provide the architect with recommended options.
Develop and maintain the project schedule, overseeing all change requests.
Demonstrate expertise in leading subcontractor project meetings.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among subcontractors.
Support business development by maintaining positive client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure quality standards and enforce the project safety plan.
Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Engineer to ensure timely project deliverables.
Oversee the buy-out process and manage project closeout procedures.
Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in Construction, experience managing multiple projects at a time
Multifamily project experience
Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
