Job Description
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining project budget with respective cost codes
  • Develop and train Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers
  • Review all project RFI's and provide recommendations of options to the architect
  • Develop and maintain project schedule and lead all change requests
  • Proven track record of leading subcontractor project meetings
  • Facilitate communication and coordination of subcontractors
  • Support business development efforts by maintaining a positive client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure quality and drive implementation of project safety plan
  • Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Engineer to ensure timely project deliverables
  • Manage buy-out and project closeout processes

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
  • Over 7 years of experience in construction, with a history of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with multifamily projects.
  • Knowledgeable in skilled trades such as carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Proficient in commercial construction technology and details, with the ability to review and understand all construction documents, including specifications and drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
