Job Brief:
We are looking for an Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Office Assistants responsibilities include preparing documents and coordinating suppliers and clients. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Prepare documents and help vendors and clients
Requirements and skills:
- Work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Good MS Office knowledge, such as Excel and Word
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- High School degree
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
