AdminSure Inc. is a successful Workers’ Compensation Third Party Administrator located in Ontario, California. We administer self-insured Workers’ Compensation Programs in California.

The adjuster position starts at nearly $60k+ annually and upwards of $75k-$90k+ with several years of experience, training, knowledge, and continued great performance and results.

At this time, we have an entry level Workers' Compensation Office Assistant position available. The office assistant assists the organization with the daily administrative tasks for the company, but not limited to: opening, scanning, and assigning mail to electronic claim files and processing daily mail and faxes. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficient in basic English and math
- Above average typing and computer skills - minimum 45 WPM with high level of accuracy
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ability to meet performance expectations and standards
