Position: Office Assistant / Sales Support Specialist
A dynamic and established supplier of landscaping materials is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. Our company specializes in providing a wide range of products, including mulch, sand, gravel, topsoil, pavers, outdoor lighting, and bulk material delivery. We pride ourselves on excellent service for retail customers, contractors, and supply yards.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an Office Assistant / Sales Support Specialist to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with landscaping or hardscaping products is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including invoicing, billing, and filing.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Answer phone inquiries and assist customers with product selections.
- Support management with administrative tasks.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Industry experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates preferred.

Work Hours:
- March to December: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; Saturday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM (subject to seasonal demand).
- December to March: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
