SALARY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Office Assistant
Full Time position 9am - 6pm
Prior experience in a licensed Child Care facility is required.
Required Skills / Qualifications (Resume must directly reflect the required skills)
Must meet requirements of local childcare regulatory agency and Primrose School of Leesburg at Potomac Station.
Prior experience Business, Early Childhood Education, and/or at least two years' work experience in a licensed childcare facility.
. Selected candidate will double as a resource teacher as needed for teacher breaks, vacations and callouts.
. Experience in management, business, and/or public relations preferred.
Extensive knowledge of state licensing regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Ability to write and update procedures
Good listening and follow-up skills
Perform office duties and multi-task proficiently
Able to work with others harmoniously
Strong organizational skills
