We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join a growing team. This role involves data entry, electronic filing, drafting contracts, and handling general office tasks such as answering calls and emails. You'll also assist with accounting duties and communicate with life insurance companies and clients to gather information. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in the financial industry, strong MS Word and Excel skills, and excellent phone etiquette. If you're organized and ready to support a fast-paced office, this could be the perfect fit!

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • At least 6 months of financial or banking industry experience


Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00 pm

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00/ Hourly
