Responsibilities
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and managing incoming communications.
- Maintains office efficiency by executing office systems and layouts.
- Review sales folders for accuracy.
- Maintains office policies by executing standards and procedures at a high level.
- Supports staff through consistent communications and follow up.
- Manage time and attendance hours independently.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Proven experience in office roles, with at least 1 year of experience.
- Experience with City and County Permitting Departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks.
- Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adjust to new tasks should the company or office need change.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must practice regular and dependable attendance.
