Join a team whose driving force is "Doing the Most Good." The Salvation Army Milwaukee Citadel is hiring for the Christmas Season. We are looking for a Kettle Driver to spread the holiday cheer, this is a seasonal position, open to both full-time and part-time opportunities.
The Seasonal Office Assistant will provide a variety of clerical, phone and other support for Christmas seasonal programs.
About the role:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience: Some administrative support experience helpful
Certifications: Valid driver's license with approval to drive from TSA's insurance carrier

The Seasonal Office Assistant will provide a variety of clerical, phone and other support for Christmas seasonal programs.
About the role:
- Assist Kettle Coordinator with recruiting volunteers and possible new sites
- Take overflow volunteer calls for Toy Shop, Christmas Family Feast, Coats for Kids, etc.
- Handle phone calls for volunteers and kettle volunteers
- Schedule volunteers for posted opportunities and red kettle opportunities
- Follow up phone calls for volunteers
- Data entry for volunteer works and ringbells.org/ Register to Ring
- Letters and mailing
- Thank-you letters and cards
- Invitations for Thank-you events
- Drive Red Kettle Club volunteers to special events
