Schedule: Sunday through Thursday (off Friday/Saturday) | 7:00am-4:00pm
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, handling correspondence, and assisting with bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and show a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
