Job Description: As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our corporate office. Your role will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to our team to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
- Maintain office policies and procedures.
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Support HR with administrative tasks as needed.
- Plan and execute office events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Details:
- Direct Placement – permanent position
- Pay: $60,000 - $70,000/yr. based on related experience
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
- In office position 5 days per week.
