Assistant Office Manager
We are currently looking for a driven and team-oriented assistant office manager to assist in overseeing all administrative operations in our office. You will take charge of all admin responsibilities for both front and back-office employees. As a company we pride ourselves on offering the best service consistently, efficiently, and with care. To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated, highly organized, a good communicator, and have the talent to inspire teams. It is important that you understand how to manage staff schedules and billing systems. The ideal candidate will have the ability to cultivate a healthy and prosperous culture, that motivates employees to commit to displaying and operating within our core values as a company.
Core Expectancies:
- Assist in responding to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in creating and implementing an effective office budget.
- Assist in hiring, supervising, and training new office employees.
- Assist in guaranteeing office productivity, developing, and managing all internal office procedures and practices.
- Assist in maintaining the clinic’s cash control, staff schedules, general ledger, and billing system.
- Assist in delivering direct individual and team leadership to ensure all office employees produce outstanding client service.
- Assist in coordinating the day-to-day execution of office practices that increase productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Should have exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
- Must be friendly, professional, and highly organized.
- Solid understanding of dental billing and insurance procedures.
- A high school diploma or relevant certification is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of dental administration/assistant experience. (Preferred)
- Prior experience in dental assisting (Preferred)
