Responsibilities

Document Management: Manage, organize, and file all company documents, both physical and electronic.

Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, memos, and letters on behalf of the office.

Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as required, assisting with tasks to ensure efficiency.

Data Entry: Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in relevant databases and systems.

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company meetings, workshops, and events ensuring all logistical arrangements are taken care of.

Create and Maintain spreadsheets

Assist in developing position processes and training.


Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administrative roles, preferably within a corporate or office setting.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in business administration or related field is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees and clients.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with a particular strength in Excel and experience with office management software.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to spot inaccuracies and ensure data integrity.

Dependability: Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
