We are looking for strong, focused, hard-working people to onboard our company! We are open from 10a-10p, all throughout the week. We are a simple restaurant/company, yet, we all push each other to strive for nothing but success and have our customers leave with smiling faces and positive attitudes. We are located in the Corner Lakes Plaza 16869 E Colonial Dr Orlando, FL 32820.

- Line Cook (18+)

- Pizza Maker (18+)

- Delivery Drivers (18+) *MAIN POSITION NEEDED* 

*Delivery driver applicants, must have a VALID Drivers License before applying*

*Line Cook/ Pizza maker Applicants, are preferred but not required, to have experience in the Food Industry prior*

Requirements/Expectations

* Proper Hygiene/Grooming, we work with/around food, we want to make sure the customers get the same treatment as we would want our food prepared.

* Efficient with our orders, we want our customers to come back and want to order with us again, we try to get our orders out in time and not have them waiting not even 5 minutes.

* Positive Attitude, we want to see greeting our customers, thanking them for coming in, give them the best customer service we possibly can.

* Heads up, we are all companions here at Papa Gio's, if there's ever anything wrong, or you need to have someone work your shift for you, just make sure to text one of our managers and it will get to our boss so if no one is able to come in, they are able to figure out the last resort, but please make sure to bring a note or confirmation as to why you called out or covered your shift.

* Fast Paced, we are always moving, running around, bumping into other team members, we need to make sure we are preventing that from happening, we work as one, we work as a team.

* Alert, not all the time we will hear someone coming into the restaurant or if we get orders in, we have to make sure we keep an eye on the front door and the phone so we are able to take the next order.

* Having the drive to make more MONEY!

Job Description

Server - Your job is to wait the tables that come in, sometimes the customers won't know if there's a server or not so you have to always be paying attention on customers who come in wanting to sit and dine-in. Always make sure we give them the best customer service so they don't leave here without a smile on their face from how we've waited their table. We have to make sure we stock anything in our areas for the next day or next server coming in so they are not left to restock their station if they have a table or two walk in.

Delivery Driver - Always being aware of orders coming in and if they're ready to be taken or almost ready, we want to make sure our customers are waiting no longer than 25 minutes for their pizza. When drivers come back from their deliveries their assigned task is to wash any dishes that are put into the sink, since all drivers leave to go on deliveries, any dishes from the kitchen or our servers, or even the pizza maker will set them in the sink waiting for the driver to come back and attend to them. There are some items of food that the drivers do prep throughout the day/week, if asked to, you will be shown how to do it if you don't know how.

Line Cook - As a line cook, you are constantly getting tickets in for various of dishes that we serve, sometimes it can be overwhelming for some who are not familiar with the kitchen, we try to pay attention to all the tickets, seeing exactly what they need and how they need it to be able to push out all the dishes in a timely manner so they're not going cold, waiting for too long, or making any mistakes/ making the wrong food, to always make sure our customers want to come back because of how well our service was to them.

Pizza Maker - The Pizza Makers job is a very on point job to do, if an order comes in for a pizza, always make sure what exactly is on the pizza and how the customer specifically wants it. We get a lot of different pizza orders, some people want certain toppings on certain sides of the pizza instead of the whole pie, we always got to make sure that we pay attention to what the ticket says so the pizzas come out exactly how the customer 'imagined' it to be.
