We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our upscale fine dining establishment. As the Restaurant Manager, expectations are ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering a memorable dining experience. Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of similar management experience
  • Passionate, fun, positive, and results-oriented
  • Minimum sales volume exposure of 4M annually
  • Great leadership and development skills
  • The ability to work in a physically demanding, polished high-volume environment

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • A leader who supports and empowers the team. Who always demonstrates integrity, our core values, and a sense of commitment in the work environment consistent with the company’s values, vision, and mission
  • Maintains expert level of knowledge and responsibility for forward progress in the areas of food, P&L, budgets, scheduling, catering services, and team member development
  • Leads by example, and understands and ensures all federal, state, and county legal standards that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements are met and followed
