Are you a polished FOH leader with fine dining experience? We’re seeking a Front-of-House Operations Leader for our discerning client.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a FOH leadership role with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of inspiring and leading teams
• High-energy, collaborative, and passionate about hospitality

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Partner with the GM on staffing decisions, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluations, with GM approval on all new hires and terminations.
• Oversee dining room efficiency
• Collaborate with the GM and other leaders to maintain seamless service.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction, address complaints professionally, lead team communication, coach staff, and manage end-of-day procedures.
