Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute the plan for each dinner service
• Manage reservations and ensure smooth restaurant flow
• Contribute to menu development and improvements
• Handle scheduling for a team of 20+ staff members
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplies
• Be actively engaged on the floor, building guest connections and supporting your team
