Restaurant General Manger Qualifications/Requirements:

Min. 3yrs of experience in a General Manager role
Fast Food, Fast Casual, or QSR Dining Experience
Experience in onboarding, training, & development
FOH & BOH Experience + Management
Good Tenure: No more than 2 jobs in 5 years
$2M+ Sales Volume Experience
Passion for hospitality and creating a positive work atmosphere
Strong understanding of food and labor costs
Hands-on leadership style
Commitment to a guest-first and team-first approach
