We are seeking an experienced General Manager for our vibrant and authentic scratch made Italian-inspired restaurant located in Jacksonville. With a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes, we provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience that captures the essence of Italian cuisine.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
• Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets
• Cultivate relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community to strengthen the restaurant's reputation and presence

General Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a restaurant General Manager
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Financial and business acumen
