Qualifications and Expectations for General Manager:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
Proven track record with drive-thru operations.
Demonstrated history of excellent tenure.
Exemplify integrity in all professional interactions.
Proficiency in effectively managing and motivating a large team.
Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Responsible for the recruitment, training, and continuous development of staff.
