We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of a popular fast-casual dining concept known for offering fresh, healthy, and high-quality meals in a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staff management, food preparation, and guest services.
• Lead, train, and develop team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service and a positive work environment.
• Manage scheduling, hiring, and performance reviews to maintain a well-staffed and efficient operation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience for every customer.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients.
• Control labor costs and manage budgets to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food is prepared to company standards and that the menu reflects seasonal offerings.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer traffic and grow sales.
• Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement in service, efficiency, and profitability.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on staff development and guest service excellence.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and increase profitability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems.
