Job Description
GROVE is an award-winning restaurant located on Main Street in Lakewood Ranch, an award-winning community in SW Florida. GROVE offers on and off site catering, a full outdoor Patio, Ballroom and several private event spaces. GROVE is a high-volume restaurant open for both lunch and dinner 7 days a week and 365 days a year featuring Brunch on Sundays starting at 10am.
We are seeking a qualified Front of House Restaurant Manager with a high level of customer service skills and the ability to oversee the restaurant for any shift. The requirements of this candidate is to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a high volume full service restaurant, must be detail oriented with the desire to excel in the hospitality business, experience in both fine dining and casual environments with BOH knowledge, as well as have a strong work ethic. Indoor and outdoor dining room experience is recommended and management of a large FOH staff is a must.
This Management position requires the ability to handle necessary back office administrative duties including; scheduling, labor costs, operating the point of sale system and assist in all areas of the restaurant.
